Hello beautiful people!
I am inspired by all of the great information, ideas, and utter fabulousness out there and available to us. I’ve been trying to incorporate Matcha (antioxidant powerhouse tea) into my day at the behest of my bestie, Lauren. I was tolerating it at best in the beginning, but it has truly grown on me. While I seem to have acquired a taste for it as-is, my latest find on Goop is a total day-maker!!! It is more easily enjoyed incorporated into a smoothie.

Side note – I did make an edit. Instead of using coconut water, I incorporated bai antioxidant cocofusion (molokai coconut).
