Last week my friend and I took our girls on a fun day trip to Palm Beach to explore historic Worth Avenue.
Worth Avenue’s original developers, architects Addison Mizner and Paris Singer’s names were used at the location of the first stores on Via Mizner and Via Parigi. The area became known for its high-end merchandise in the 1920s. Recognizing the value of the undeveloped street, the merchants formed the Worth Avenue Association in 1938. This organization maintains guidelines for the stores and the street. It is beautiful and historic place full of charm.
In addition to the many high end stores: Chanel, Escada, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Ralph Lauren, Ferragamo, Esplanade, and more. Great dining options including: Bice, TaBoo, Pizza al Fresco, and more. You can find jewelry and all the best shoes to art galleries and luxury hotels. The Breakers Hotel, the Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach Historic Inn, to name a few.
Here is a brief look into our day. All for fun and no spending of funds, but fabulous nonetheless and “worth” the experience.
It’s making a comeback…
Taking in the view from the clock tower out onto the ocean.
Chanel shades I loved, here.
Beautiful cars line the streets, like this Rolls Royce.
Gorgeous from Gucci.
No joke, a comeback.
I loved this collar.
