Eating well. This is a challenge we all face every. single. day. There are so many unique dietary needs out there. I know people who have to eat based on food allergies, gluten intolerance, diabetes, and also those who choose to eat a certain way, like vegan or paleo…there are so many lifestyle ways of eating. Luckily we have a lot of resources to guide us on the journey. I wanted to share some top superfoods from my list of favorites that you can incorporate into your diet today!
In addition to stating some of the benefits of these powerhouse foods, I will give you some ideas how to use them in your everyday eats.
Spinach – The superfood of superfoods. Put it in or alongside your eggs in the morning, your salad at lunch, shakes, and even your pasta dishes. I like to put a bunch of fresh spinach in a pan and let it cook down. It is really a great and easy addition to any dish. Drizzle some balsamic reduction on top and it is so delicious!

Quinoa – It is in fact a grain, but much more nutritional than rice. One of my personal favorite quinoa dish from my Cozi recipe box is creamy chicken quinoa and broccoli bake.
